If All is Lost trashes one or more Units, do I have to add them to my hand even if I don't want to?
Yes.
If All is Lost's effect trashes no Units, can I still add a Unit to my hand?
No.
If I have fewer than 3 cards in my deck, can I still play All is Lost?
Yes. Trash as many cards as possible, instead.
